Manuscript Submission guidelines

  • Manuscripts must be original and should not have been published or submitted elsewhere for publication.
  • Papers should be prepared in accordance with the conference paper template.
  • The manuscript may include:
    • Title of the paper
    • Author(s) name and affiliation
    • Abstract
    • Keywords
    • Introduction
    • Methodology
    • Results and Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References
  • Abstract should be within 250–300 words.
  • Full paper length should preferably be between 4–8 pages.
  • Manuscripts should be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Figures, tables, and equations should be properly numbered and cited in the text.
  • References should follow the prescribed citation style (IEEE/APA/ASCE as applicable).
  • All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process.
  • Acceptance of papers will be based on originality, technical quality, relevance, and clarity.
  • At least one author of the accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper.
