M.Tech Admission 2020 

Things to be ready before submitting the online application
1. Applicants Photo:
Candidates need to upload passport size photo. Candidates will require a scanned/digital image of their photograph, dimensions 150 (Width) x 200 (Height) pixels (preferred) and file size should be between 10 kb-500 kb. (File formats: .jpg/.gif/.png)

2. Signature of Applicant:
Candidates need to upload their signature. Candidate should also have a scanned image of their signature. The Signature should not be in capital letters. The candidate should sign on a white paper with black/blue ink pen. The preferred dimension for signature is 140 x 60 pixels and file size should be less than 200 kb. (File formats: .jpg/.gif/.png)

3. Gate Score Card and Qualifying Exam scorecard:
Candidates need to keep the softcopy of their Gate Score Card and Qualifying Exam scorecard ready for uploading. File formats: .jpg/.gif/.png/.pdf with a file size less than 1 MB

Application Fee

Application fee of Rs.500 needs to be paid through payment gateway while registration.

I. Instructions for Candidates

Phase I- Registering the applicant

a. Click on the link 'New Registration'.

b. Enter required details in all the fields to register.

Remember your Email ID and Date of birth, this will be your username and password in DDMMYYY format for login after registration.

c.After clicking REGISTER button, you will be directed to the payment gateway to make the payment of Application fees, DO NOT CLOSE THE PAGE, You will be redirected back to our website on completion of payment. After successfull payment, your registration will be successfull and you will get a confirmation mail to the email address provided.

Phase II- Registered/applied candidates Login

a. Provide your email ID and date of birth in DDMMYYYY format to Login.

b. All mandatory fields in the application should be filled.

c. Remember you can SAVE and exit at any time before completing the application and can login later to complete the application.

d. Once you have completed with the entries, press CONFIRM,your application.

e. Your payment transaction history will be listed in a page in the login including all the success and failed payments.

f. After filling all mandatory fields you need to CONFIRM the application. Once confirmed no further change in the entries are allowed.

Kindly make sure that you entered all informations correctly before confirming. Confirmed application is considered for rank list preparation.

h. You can download the PDF of the application, Marksheet of Qualifying exam and Gate Score Card once the final confirmation is done.

i. Log out to complete the Online Process.

j. Any time your can login and check the application status and download the PDF.

k. To get updated PDF after any corrections done please clear your browser cache and login again or try in another browser.

Note: If you are not able to complete the payment due to any issue in your bankside please do not try more than twice. You need to wait for some time and try the payment again.

Note: Candidates applying in one of these specific categories need to produce the below subsequent certificates at the time of admission.

* Catechism Certificate from the Parish Priest in the case of Catholics and a Certificate from the Parish Priest for other Christians.

* Caste certificate (in the case of SC/ST).
